Corey’s so excited to dish about coal and fossils, but is Leah really interested? Did she find Corey’s job boring?

In a new bonus clip from MTV, Teen Mom 2 dad Corey Simms comes home from his coal-mining class and the usually quiet guy can’t stop gabbing about fossils! “I didn’t believe in dinosaurs until today,” he gushes. But Leah Messer isn’t as entertained. Did the couple drift apart because they don’t have the same interests?

Leah laughs along with Corey in the video, but she obviously doesn’t have much to add to Corey’s animated conversation about the history of sedimentary rock.

He says he wants to be a coal miner, but Corey acts frustrated when Leah questions him. They end on a good note: “I’d say you look like a coal miner, babe.”
