Not only has Heidi been speaking with divorce lawyers, but Seal has been planning his move from their home!

The world may have been stunned when Heidi Klum and Seal announced their divorce this past weekend, but according to new reports, the couple had been plotting their separation for weeks! According to TMZ, Heidi spent the past two weeks interviewing several high-profile divorce lawyers in L.A., and because of the confidential information she shared with them, Seal isn’t allowed to hire any of the lawyers she passed on.

Heidi will be the one to file for divorce, and TMZ reports that the couple will cite “irreconcilable differences.”

Meanwhile, Seal has spoken out twice already about the divorce, insisting that the split was completely amicable. He told Tavis Smiley and Ellen DeGeneres, in separate interviews, that Heidi will always be the most important woman in his life.
