Which beauty rocked the super-sexy navy and black linen bustier dress best?

Beyonce and Irina Shayek  both scream sex appeal, but can Irina beat Beyonce when she has the ultimate accessory — her baby bump? VOTE!

New momma Beyonce, was first spotted working the dress back in October 2011 while shopping in New York City, wearing simple black Walter Steiger pumps and a Kate Spade handbag — oh, and how can we forget the cleavage! But was this a good choice for then mommy-to-be?

Later, in December 2011 we were seeing double when Russian Sports Illustrated model Irina wore the same exact piece to the Macy’s “Ideology” launch.  She rocked the frock with see-through, open-toed Manolo Blahnik heels and a black clutch.

Both the singer and the model looked stunning, but we’re thinking Irina stole the show! Beyonce’s mini was a bit too risky, considering her condition! What do you think? Who wore the Carmen dress best?
