Demi Lovato has inspired many fans with her words, but now she says she’s taking herself off of Twitter!

Demi, 19, took to Twitter on Jan 21 to write, “Twitter break. It’s for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble! Haha. Anyway… BYE!”

What trouble has she been getting into? Although we love it when Demi speaks her mind, she’s definitely talked about some controversial stuff. Remember the time she wrote, “God just keeps throwing crap my way and I get SO angry with him”? Or the time she said, “The smartest thing a woman can ever learn, is to never need a man”, causing her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama to issue an awkward response?

Wow. I still cannot believe this much pathetic little hate. Atleast you all should thank her for the fact that she made it possible for girls to speak about self-harm and eating disorders. But this is probably too difficult to understand.

Demi is not an attention whore (Yes. Every star needs some attention, but not in this sense), because her troubles were very true and hard. She had an eating disorder, cut herself and depression. Do you really think that this sort of things are instantly over? No. It is not. Or do you think that this would not happend to you? Think again.

Kim and Jesse: First of all, if you are going to say “You dont’ know her” to the rest of us then you should remember that you don’t know us, either. Just because someone says “?????” doesn’t mean it was right to say “?????” What she did to that dancer was inexcusable. As for the “don’t need a man” comment, that is a dead give-away of the child that Demi is, even at 19.k She does not have the maturity of Kristen Stewart, Taylor Swift, Lily Collins, Selena Gomez, etc. As for the comment about the best thing for a woman is to not need a man, if that was a man saying the best thing to do is keep your wife barefoot and pregnant would you still be supportive of his right to speak his mind? Somehow I don’t think so. And, for the record, I’m not a guy – I’m a 55-year-old female who generally leaves these gossip sites alone.

I’m sorry in advanced, but I just needed to reply to your comment about how her “Don’t Need a Man” comment was childish.

Explain to me how the “Don’t Need a Man” comment is a give-away that she is a child? A woman DOESN’T NEED a man. And honestly, I agree with Demi Lovato on that. My mother relied on my father and when he walked out on us, she had to figure out how to raise three kids and support us all while still working part time so she could be with her children. She relied on him and he let her down. So the “Don’t Need a Man” comment does not show her as childish.

He can speak his mind all he wants. I don’t agree with him, but I’m not going to change his mind, so why argue with him? As for the maturity levels, it’s been said time and time again, but I’ll use it when necessary: You don’t know her. You only see what you want to see. That’s how the world works. You’re right, I don’t know you. You don’t know me. She doesn’t know us. We don’t know her. So her maturity level may be greater than those you listed.

Needless to say, you’re 55-years-old. You’re from a different world than those of us who are 18 and younger. But you’re living in OUR world now. Things have changed and if back then it was important for a girl to rely on a guy, then that was great. But sadly that’s not how the world is anymore. Girls CAN’T rely on guys and vice-versa. Unfettered Twitter access for someone who is bipolar and has millions of followers is probably not a good idea. Although I’m not certain the bipolar is what gets her in trouble with her twitter, so to speak. Twitter has a tendency to get Miley Cyrus in trouble too.
