Robert Pattinson’s Bel Ami Gets Release Date

Get excited because you can finally see Rob seduce a bunch of women in ‘Bel Ami’ — will this be Rob’s sexiest role yet?

Robert Pattinson better pack his bags because he’s new film Bel Ami has just been chosen to be screened at the Berlin Film Festival, according to our sister site Deadline.com. We bet he’s so excited — aren’t you?

The film is based on the 1885 French novel and it’s basically a movie about a guy who seduces a bunch of beautiful married women. Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci also star alongside Rob. He looks so hot in the stills that it has us so excited!

The film will be screened sometime during the week of Feb. 9 — we wish we could go to Berlin to see it! Rob will also be touring around Europe as the film hits theaters overseas first throughout February and March.

Will this top all of his previous onscreen performances?

WTF, SONY!!! GET THIS MOVIE OUT!! WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOREVER!!! YOU ARE REALLY PI$$ING OFF A LOT OF PEOPLE!!

There is no release date in the U.S. I know because I have been actively trying to get this information from Sony Acquisitions and I was told directly by them that the March 2nd date is incorrect and that it will “most likely” not be released until July (theatrical) and September (DVD). Fandango and IMDb have also been contacted and they are sticking to their dates of March 2nd. A friend was in Glasgow and spoke with the director during a Q&A after the movie and he said that he wished he had a pound for everytime he was asked that question but he doesn’t know why it isn’t being released here and that most likely Sony wants to see how it does in Europe first. This is all the informaiton I have been able to obtain to date.

how can one say that ,this is his best act.as far as am concern,his role in twilight ,nailed it.i hope his altimate act is yet to com.bel ami is full of sex and we all love it,but lets be honest,is not sensual,steamy e.t c.i will love to see him in love and sex act that is out of this world b/c i know that he can deliever it.bel ami yes, but i still love twilight more.

Do you even read your own articles?? Nowhere in your story is an “official release date” mentioned. The news is that Bel Ami is showing at a FILM FESTIVAL. Otherwise there is no news on that front. (The film has release dates in Europe.) Honestly, make an effort to make like real journalists.
