Effie Trinket herself tells HollywoodLife.com why she’s excited for fans to see her in action — and in costume.

We literally lose our minds every time a new Hunger Games still is released, and one of the things we’ve loved seeing has been the insanely elaborate wardrobe of the movie’s most eccentric character, Effie Trinket! (Elizabeth Banks.) ”I have a preponderance of large sleeves,” Elizabeth told HollywoodLife.com at the Cinema Society’s screening of Man on a Ledge, hosted by Grey Goose and Gilt Man, on Jan. 19 in NYC. ”I’m very excited for people to see it.”
