'American Idol' Auditions: Is Eben Franckewitz The Next Justin Bieber?

He’s got the voice, he’s got the hair, but does he have the star power to be the next Justin Bieber?

Eben Franckewitz turned heads at the Pittsburgh American Idol Auditions, but does he have the charm to make the Beliebers swoon? The down-to-earth 15-year-old sang shyly admitted that people think he looks like teen superstar Justin Bieber . Then, when he belted out “Ain’t no Sunshine,” he blew the judges away.

“Some people just have it, some people are just born to do it,” said Jennifer Lopez to Eben.

Eben is on his way to Hollywood, and Justin may have to watch his back. Tell us what YOU think! Do you think Eben has what it takes to be the next JBiebs?

he just won’t be. He doesn’t even LOOK the SLIGHTEST bit like Justin Bieber, and hes not anywhere as sexy. Justin just has this special thing about him that no other star can duplicate. Sorry.

Eban Hope You’ll Make It To The End!
People, stop comparing him with Justin. Stop saying No One Will Replace Justin. Just cause he said people tell him he look like Justin Bieber, you guys don’t have to put negative on him. Yeah he sang like 2 lines but the Judges saw something and he sang good yeah he did. He will improve.

He pretty much sang one line of the song that ain’t talent.
He doesn’t have the voice of a star, he will never make an impact on fans because he doesn’t have the originality you know? He also does not resemble Justin Bieber at all, and you can tell the judges think so as well. So many new rising young stars are popping up all over the world but none have rises to Justin biebers pop star phenomenon, people like Cody Simpson, he has a fan base but not as big and vast as biebers. No one can replace Bieber.

There is no way in hell Eben could be the next Justin Bieber.
1)no matter what he thinks, he doesn’t not resemble Justin at all
2)Justin has a special relationship with Beliebers no other star could have
3)there have been many talented teenage male singers to make their rise to stardom after Justin, but none of them have yet to become as popular as JB
4)there is only one Justin Bieber. How he became famous, how much he appreciates it, and how much he loves his family (including his Belieber family) is what made all of us love him. No one can have the same effect
5)just cuz Eben’s an OK singer, and is going to Hollywood, does not mean he will actuly survive on Idol and have girls gushing over him
6)he’s no where near as sexy as JB

Anyone who thinks Eben will be the next Justin Bieber needs to stfu and take a close look at reality, k?

he was cute, but i feel scared for him. he doesn’t seem tough enough to make it, nor defined enough as an artist to compel people to vote. i would’ve never thought scotty could win though either, so who knows. this boy just seemed like a pretty face, and a pretty voice, but lacking some depth and a compelling story. i don’t think he will go very far IN THE COMPETITION, though he was a very nice young man.
