Elizabeth Banks is practically unrecognizable in this brand-new photo!

Who knew Elizabeth Banks would look so good with green hair? In this never-before-seen still from The Hunger Games, the eccentric Effie Trinket sits alongside Haymitch (Woody Harrelson) and Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), as they stare intently at a screen. Though we’re not sure what exactly they’re watching — many speculate they’re checking out footage from Hunger Games past — we know what we’re watching: Effie’s hair!

I think it is for when katniss sees her score because on the hunger games official movie site it has a quote from the book and that was when she was seeking her score
