Selena Gomez's 'Wizards Of Waverly Place' Series Finale Gets HUGE Ratings

Selena and her friends go out in style, as the show draws 9.8 million fans to say goodbye!

Selena Gomez became a household name thanks to her work on Wizards of Waverly Place, and she had an appropriately big farewell — the show bowed out to record audiences!

Selena, 19, drew 9.8 million viewers to the Jan. 6 series finale, The Hollywood Reporter reports. It was the highest-rated finale ever for the Disney Channel, and a huge boost over the show’s average rating of 4 million viewers.

It was a suitably funny, very good finale to Wizards of Waverley Place episode! It deserved the highest views Disney Channel has ever got! Selena Gomez was my favourite!
