Ashton Kutcher showed off a brand new look at the TCA panel for ‘Two and a Half Men’ Jan. 11. He looks so much better! Is he cleaning up his act for Demi Moore?

Last we heard Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore‘s marriage was dead as a doornail. In fact, the estranged pair even spent the holidays apart. However, Ashton, 33, was sporting a clean shaven face AND a wedding ring at the Two and a Half Men TCA panel. Is he trying to get his wife back?

Ashton cleared up any confusion about his clean shaven look during the panel, saying it was all for the show’s storyline.

“I’m sure there will be people now that I’ve cut my hair and shaved my beard that want me to have long hair and a beard. And there were people that when I had a beard and long hair they wanted me to be shaved and have a haircut,” Ashton said, explaining, “How it evolved is that these guys wrote a screenplay that dictated that I cut my hair and shave my beard at some point.”

The ring, however, isn’t part of the show’s plot — and eyewitnesses tell us he played with it during the entire talk. Do you think Ashton wants to get back together with Demi, despite their separation?
