Katy reportedly didn’t have a prenup with Russell, and now that he’s filed for divorce, Vikki Ziegler says Katy is in big trouble!

Katy Perry is about to say goodbye to a lot of money. HollywoodLife.com spoke with NYC divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler who says Katy made a big mistake by not drafting a prenup before marrying Russell Brand in 2010. Katy is worth an estimated $44 million, and in the state of California, you split your assets down the middle if there’s no prenup!
