Rooney Mara‘s high-fashion, dark dresses have quickly defined her signature, red carpet style while promoting The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. While the stylish newcomer strayed from not-so-basic black in a Rodarte gown, she was back to dressing edgy and chic in Michael Kors for the Berlin premiere of her latest flick.
Her dress, from the pre-fall 2012 collection, featured a rise-and-fall hemline — and I definitely think we can expect to see a lot more of this look during awards season! The dress, complete with cutout leather detailing, was another great choice for the star — even if you are getting a bit tired of seeing her in such dark looks, there’s no denying the fact that she brought a fresh, edgy vibe to the red carpet. A pair of Nicholas Kirkwood pumps completed her get-up.
