Poor Amber. Talk about getting kicked while she’s down. Her landlord served an eviction notice while she’s in jail.

As if Teen Mom star Amber Portwood didn’t have enough on her plate being stuck in jail and battling probation violation charges in court, Amber is now being evicted from her home by her landlord, according to TMZ.

The complex where Amber rents filed papers with the court on Jan. 4 revealing that they want to terminate Amber’s residency.

According to the court papers obtained by TMZ, Amber allegedly violated terms of her lease. A notice to vacate was delivered on Dec. 20, but Amber had been taken into custody just the day before on Dec. 19.

Amber is supposed to appear in court on Jan. 25 to deal with the eviction case. If she doesn’t show up, she will be kicked out of her home on the spot.

Amber’s next hearing for her probation violations case is set for Jan. 27. She has been ordered by a judge to remain behind bars until that time.
