After two months of separation, Zooey Deschanel has filed for divorce from her rocker husband, citing irreconcilable differences
It’s official. Zooey Deschanel is now a single woman. The 31-year-old New Girl star filed for divorce from her husband, Ben Gibbard, a little more than two years after their marriage in 2009.
E! News reports Zooey cited irreconcilable differences and requested the court “terminate Gibbard’s right to spousal support.”
Zooey and Ben — who have only been married once — have been separated for two months.
