Russell, a former sex addict, reportedly grew dissatsified with Katy no matter how she tried to keep things hot in the bedroom. Plus four other reasons why he ended their marriage!
Poor Katy Perry, she did her best to cater to her husband Russell Brand‘s sexual needs but it wasn’t enough, according to a shocking new report in Us Weekly.
“Katy was kinky enough during their first times together and he was very attracted to her,” a source says. “When things got bad, if they got a roll in the hay, they were always better after.”
But the source goes on to say that despite Katy’s attempts to keep the spark alive in the bedroom by scheduling monthly date nights at swanky hotels, it was “never enough.”
Russell’s sexually fetishes were also reportedly hard for Katy to keep up with.
“He likes dirty things,” the source says. “He really gets off on one particular porno with a guy in a wheelchair. He’s attracted to things he can’t imagine happening to him.” Adding that Russell had a closet full of sex toys.
Plus the four other reasons why Russell bailed on the marriage:
Russell hated being alone: “Russell always needs someone there and that’s not Katy,” the source says. “She’s busier than he is.”
Katy’s hard partying lifestyle and friends really bothered him: “Russell can’t be in clubs because of his recovery and Katy didn’t want to give up the partying. She didn’t want to even compromise. That infuriated Russell.”
Russell wanted to start a family: “When he asked Katy about [having kids],” the source says. “Katy would just smile and says she was too busy.”
Russell wasn’t supportive of Katy’s career: “She had so many things going on this year and there were so many times he wasn’t there,” the source says. “He told her she wasn’t funny [when she hosted SNL] and he was totally uninterested [when he sat front row at her last concert]. He seemed annoyed he was there. I don’t think he sat through one whole song.”

The problem with this relationship seems to be that they are two differnet people they did not have a common ground so they split. I think this is all just a bunch of added drama. You cannot build a lasting relationship off of sex. There has to be something like a spark a connection were you and your man want the same things. Like starting a family, staying out of clubs, not partying as much.

I seriously doubt this story! There are probably a number of things that split them up,I doubt his wild urges is one of them.I would like to see them work it out.They truly seemed to love each other.Who knows? Things are different in Hollyweird.

It’s not hard to tell what’s going on.
Russell ended this like a gentleman, and said no unkind words about Katy. Like an ADULT.
Katy is acting like a child.Trying to hang the laundry on an open line, and throwing a bit of mud on it for good measure. She did not respect Russell’s need to stay sober, and acted like a spoiled brat at every turn.
She was FULLY AWARE of Russell’s problems with sex addiction, and felt her “goods” were somehow special enough to keep him interested. And, he was keeping it within the marriage, which is a very hard thing for him to do.
Why is HE the one who always had to give in or give up what he wants?
Katy should be ashamed.
Yes, her music is good, but she is not a good person. She is a fake, a liar, and an attention whore. She will never be in a relationship for any length of time, because Katy only cares about Katy.

Yeah, maybe she is, but “sex addiction” is no excuse to break your vows. If you decide to marry someone, you decide to commit to that person FOR LIFE. If it’s so hard for him to keep his dick in his own marriage, he shouldn’t have gotten married. Gah, people treat marriage like it’s nothing. Both of them are idiots.

I love Russell but Katy is at the height of her career in the music industry which in this age of file-sharing on the internet is a difficult one to be in. Everyone knows that musicians hardly makes money directly by selling records. The touring is where a musician gets the most of the money from and Katy cannot sit back and make a family. Russell should have been more considerate and given her maybe 2-3yrs.
If the gossip above is a direct feed from Katy then it is a shame. I wish all the best for Russell.

Russell is one of the few men from the United Kingdom that actually had a sex drive, and she couldn’t keep up with him. If he is a sex addict and an alcoholic and recovering drug user, then why is allowed to still have sex, but no alcohol or no drugs? Why is he allowed in a bedroom with a woman, but not in nightclubs which serve alcohol? If I looked like Katy Perry did when she woke up after Russel to her picture, my sex drive would be in the loo too. How any man could get up with that view would be amazing!

If she really wants to date another entertainment star, I hope Katy ends up with a guy like Taylor Kitsch. He’s leading man in a new movie called “John Carter” coming out soon.
If Hollywood is like high school, you’d kind of expect to see a hot looking, super popular girl like Katy to be going out with a guy like Taylor Kitsch.
I bet if they really “clicked” and dated for a while they might end up being a “power couple” like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Taylor reminds me of Brad Pitt when he was younger. He seems like a cool guy … a smart but tough guy who’s perfect for action movies and any kind of movie really. I bet Katy would like him.
Katy’s friend Rihanna was in movie with Taylor called “Battleship” so maybe she could introduce them at a party or something.

I bet Katy Perry has a pretty strong sex drive herself. Since I was born the day before Katy on Oct. 24th, an old girlfriend once told me that Scorpios tend to be creative people and usually have high sex drive but their relationships can sometimes be stormy. That’s kind of how I am. Probably Katy too to a certain extent.
Katy probably doesn’t believe in all that horoscope stuff very much. Neither do I, but it’s interesting how those horoscopes can be right a lot of the time. :)
