Plus, Karen Gravano may throw Drita D’avanzo over a balcony when they finally confront each other during the ‘Mob Wives’ season 2 premiere.

Mob Wives season 2 is off with a big bang. During the premiere episode on Jan. 1, Renee Graziano goes through a major body makeover surgery — but what’s supposed to be a simple procedure turns into a near-death experience that leaves Renee fighting for her life in the hospital. And, Karen Gravano and Drita D’avanzo are still at war.

The season kicks off with Renee going into the surgeon’s office to get her full body makeover. “I’m getting the body I’ve always wanted,” she says. Renee goes under and they start cutting.

Renee finally wakes up from her surgery. She’s in a crazy amount of pain. “I’m in so much agony and the drugs aren’t working,” she cries.

Something isn’t right. Renee blacks out after she rips all of the stitches on her back open. She’s rushed to the hospital. “I lost so much blood, I almost died,” Renee reveals.

“I ripped my whole back open,” Renee sobs to Karen over the phone, adding that she lost 6.3 pints of blood. “I was almost dead.”

Renee finally makes it home after spending 16 days in the hospital. But, she’s upset because Carla Facciolo never called her or visited her while she was in the hospital. “F*ck you Carl,” she shouts.

Carla doesn’t seem to care about what Renee went through. “If I had known she was in really bad shape, I would have called her,” she says. “[But] I wish she had listened to me and gone to the gym once in a while.”

Renee visits her new therapist. She tells him how angry she is at Carla for not visiting her in the hospital. The therapist helps Renee to realize that the best choice right now is to avoid Carla.

Renee next decides to throw a birthday party. She invites all of the girls except for Carla. “I’m hurt,” Renee tells Drita.

Drita breaks the news to Carla that she isn’t invited to Renee’s party. “After we had that whole little argument, she’s been nasty ever since,” Carla returns. “She’s a bipolar bitch. I ain’t dealing with her. Done. Goodbye.”

Besides the drama between Carla and Renee, Drita and Karen’s feud lives on. “I really do have issues with Karen, but it’s not worth it to get physical,” Drita shares while at the boxing gym. She’s trying to “release” her anger in the gym instead of on her enemy. “I’m going to try and amend things with Karen,” she adds.

Drita sends Karen a text asking to make up. “It’s just Drita being phony all over again,” Karen tells her good friend and new cast member Ramona Rizzo.

It’s finally time for Renee’s party. While getting ready, Karen and Drita both seem to agree that they are going to try and avoid each other. But when they arrive at the party, the tide takes a turn for the worst.

Drita walks outside to avoid Karen. It’s almost as if she’s running away. Angela Raiola, aka “Big Ang” goes out to check on Drita. She convinces Drita to talk to Karen. Drita then sends Big Ang over to get Karen to come outside. Karen agrees and heads out the door.

“Next I see Karen and Ramona heading to the balcony,” says Renee. “Someone’s going over.”

Will Karen and Drita be able to settle their differences, or will their war rage on throughout season 2?
