Even though they didn’t get respect from the mag, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are laughing all the way to the bank — it’s one of the biggest movies ever!
Breaking Dawn is beloved the world over, but Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are now under attack by one of the biggest movie magazines around!
Entertainment Weekly‘s Lisa Schwarzbaum included the film on her “5 Worst Movies Of 2011″ list, and she wrote a scathing critique of the blockbuster as well.
“That does it,” she writes. “I am so over Bella Swan, especially with Kristen Stewart drooping through the role—the dullest girl ever to be loved by a vampire. (She looks pained on an average day; here, during marriage, honeymoon, and the world’s most hideous birth experience, she looks tortured.) And while I’m at it, I’m over this credulous, dutifully reverent, drawn-out movie adaptation of such an insipid fantasy. I said it before and I’ll say it again: You who love The Twilight Saga deserve a much better saga to love!”
Do YOU think Lisa is being WAY too harsh, HollywoodLifers?

read the book!!! kstew is supposed to act like that, bella is a girl who doesnt belong in her own world.shes a girl whos fate was much likely geared towards becoming a vampire.
maybe you can say the movie had some downs but its too overrated that you can call it one of the the worst movies of 2011. making the movie was hard for condon because it not easy to fit the hundreds of pages of the book in a 1hr + film!!!

One thing I’ve noticed wasting my time reading some matter of EW, is that some of the EW columnists ARE FANS OF The Hunger Games, AND HATE the Twilight Saga.
A magazine columnist wrote a matter about THunger Games using a swear-word with the name of Jesus in the middle,to praise the book, when asked in comments why he used the name Jesus in the form of swearing, some said it was because he was a fan of Hunger Games, I thought that was disrespectful.

yeah i’d say she’s perfectly justified.. so kristen was emotionless/expressionless the whole movie.. clearly blame the author not the actress… i agree though i think a few parts could she could have showed at least a little expression.. you’re getting married – quit looking so damn miserable!

EW IS SO STUPID…WHAT DO THEY EXPECT BELLA TO LOOK LIKE,WITH SOMETHING EATING HER FROM THE INSIDE…DO THEY EXPECT HER TO BE DANCING AROUND AND ALL HAPPY WITH THAT GOING ON. AND IF SHE LOOKED SAD ON THE WEDDING DAY,SHE WAS SCARED SILLY,HOW WOULD YOU LOOK IN THAT SITUATION…I THINK KRISTEN PLAYED HER PART JUST THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB…YOU GO GIRL,WE LOVE YOU.
