As if Teresa Giudice‘s own drama wasn’t enough — now her husband Joe Giudice could face up to 11 years in prison for fraud.
According to RadarOnline.com, officials claim that Joe used his brother’s Pietro Giudice‘s marriage and birth certificates to get a driver’s license after Joe’s was suspended.
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey husband has since been charged by the Passaic County grand jury on one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another. He could end up behind bars for 11 years if he’s convicted on both counts.
