Who knew that Jaqueline’s been arrested for domestic battery and that a former friend is insisting that yes, Jacqueline was most definitely a stripper in Vegas?
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita has a very interesting past. While she maintains that she never worked as a stripper in Las Vegas prior to meeting her husband Chris Laurita, a former friend of hers alleges that Jacqueline definitely did. And, while in Vegas, Jacqueline was slammed with a domestic battery charge for abusing her then live-in boyfriend.
“She was a stripper at a Las Vegas club called Glitter Gulch,” the friend tells In Touch magazine. “She worked there from 1992 to 1993. Like all strip clubs, it was an awful place.”
Jacqueline was struggling to provide as a single mother after getting divorced. “She was very young, she was newly divorced, and she was a single mother,” explains the friend.
In 1996, life took a turn for the worse when Jacqueline was arrested on a domestic battery charge after she “slapped” her boyfriend at the time “in the face and punched him in the groin,” according to a police report In Touch obtained.
“She go into an argument with her boyfriend because he came home later than he should have,” reads the report. “She no longer wanted to speak to [him], so she went into the bedroom.”
The report says that Jacqueline claimed that her boyfriend “would not leave her alone and kept wanting to talk about why she was angry.”

Who cares if Jacquelin Laurita was a stripper or not before she appeared on tv. Sounds like someone just wants to make some money by selling a story. I like Jacqueline no matter what.
