'Bachelorette' Ashley Hebert Reveals The Details Of Her Dream Wedding

Ashley gushes on her and J.P.’s Fall 2012 wedding.

Out of 22 seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, only Trista and Ryan Sutter have said ‘I do.’ But Bachelorette Ashley Hebert is ready to marry the “love of [her] life,” J.P. Rosenbaum. Ashley reveals all of the details of her dream wedding in a new interview with In Touch magazine.

“I thought Kim Kardashian‘s wedding was gorgeous, but I want mine to be simpler,” she tells In Touch. “My dream is to be outside in a big open field, very down-to-earth.”

Ashley’s dream wedding:

Ashley is “not a designer girl.” But she does want a lacy gown to make her feel “beautiful.”
Ashley hopes to have an outdoor ceremony, possibly in the Hamptons.
“I’m hoping for a fall wedding,” she shares.
A large guest list.
Ashley admits that she wants to take dancing lessons with J.P. so that they can have a memorable first dance.
Neil Lane may design their wedding bands, as he did Ashley’s engagement ring.
J.P.’s groomsmen may include William Holman, Ryan “Mickey” McLean, Ames Brown — who all competed for Ashley’s heart on The Bachelorette — and Craig Robinson.
They will honeymoon somewhere tropical. “One of those huts on stilts in the water,” Ashley describes.
Ashley and J.P. will write their vows. Ashley has already started to write hers: “What bonds us together is the crazy experience we went through. You’re my everything. You look after me, you’re my best friend.”
They may have a televised wedding.

“I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him,” Ashley admits. “He looks after me. We respect each other. It’s cliche, but our personalities just go together.”

I think the reason they made that comment is because technically Jason didn’t pick Molly in the finale. It was only after he picked Melissa, that he changed his mind and went back to Molly.

But I do agree with you…they met on the show, and that should count for something.

I don’t know why some of the comments about this couple is so cynical? Ashley moved to NY to be with JP. He’s supportive of her finishing her dental school. They have a place together. JP even Tweeted to ex Bachelorette competitor William “You lost your invite to the wedding,” after a bad joke though they have sorted that out. I think they are serious about this so have a little faith peeps. She’s doing all the things the next Bachelorette Emily Maynard didn’t do for Brad Womack child or no child.

Ashley is too immature for JP. I know they say age ain’t nothin’ but a number…but let’s face it. There’s almost a 10 year age gap between them. She’s still in giggly sorority girl party mode, and he’s an older, mature, serious, stern kind of guy. If she doesn’t grow up soon, they will crash and burn. Plus JP is Jewish and she REFUSED to convert to his religion. That’s NOT a good sign.

I have a friend who is still married to her husband who is Hindu and they have 3 lovely daughters and they will be celebrating 11 years together. Interfaith marriages do work out. I don’t see why this is an issue when its Ashley’s and JP’s decision. JP also mentioned in another article in this website his brother had an interfaith minister so what’s the big deal? Let them work it out.
