The collection, Capital Colours, even has a face of its campaign! It is none other than Effie Trinket, played by Elizabeth Banks in the upcoming film, who ‘Hunger Games’ fans know as the District-12 escort.
After much speculation, it can finally be confirmed! Nail polish brand China Glaze will produce the collection, which includes 12 different shades — one for each of the 12 districts represented in The Hunger Games.
Effie looks perfect as a representative of the collection on this ad — just look at that hot pink eyeshadow and those crazy false lashes! These polishes will certainly make a statement…

The colors don’t scream Capital except the last row and one shase from the first row(some sites have the swatches up) But still they are worth a try.
