Mariah Yeater Still Convinced Justin Bieber Is The Father Of Her Baby

Can you believe Mariah is still making wild claims about Justin?

She may have dropped her paternity suit against Justin Bieber, but Mariah Yeater is still convinced he’s the father of her infant son Tristyn. “I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case,” Mariah tells the Chicago Sun-Times in a new interview. “I do believe he is the father.”

That’s right — even after Justin took a DNA test, Mariah remains convinced.

“Bieber’s counsel hasn’t told me where Bieber’s alleged DNA is secured, nor has provided information substantiating the chain of custody and protocol utilized in the claimed DNA collection and testing,” Mariah’s counsel, Jeffery Leving, says.

If you ask us, Mariah needs a better legal team. How much more evidence does she need before she gives up?

The KID does look like him. I think he is trying his best to make it go away. That’s why he hired a team to handle this in the public. She isn’t going to go for it. She will get money either way if it is his kid. So let’s just see what happens when the truth does come out.

The case was withdrawn .. Without prejudice.. Not dropped … They were concerned for her safety .. I think it may be true .. And they are doing fancy footwork until they find the right amount to shut her up .. Including threatening lawsuits.. I think this girl won’t give up … She would have by now.. Just think, it could be his baby. If he would just step up and make the DNA text public and actually just follow through with everything, then we would know. Can’t judge until you know. And say he is the father, then you can’t call her a whore unless you’re calling him one too. Its kind of obvious it’s not Justin’s baby because first of all if it was Mariah would face rape charges becase that would make Justin 16 and Mariah 19 if they actually had sex and second why would she say he is the father when he is a huge teen sensation when she could’ve told him when she found out he was pregnant?

Okay guys lets be realistic here, even if it were true about Justin Bieber being the father, he would still deny it, he has tons of money to make the story go away, Come on don’t you think Mariah Yeater would’ve stopped already if it weren’t true? really think. I know, she doesn’t seem to photograph well, but that doesn’t mean that she was not attractive to him on that particular night. I am a lawyer, and lawyers do some very stupid things. I once had an opposing attorney tell me that her client was justified in taking the children to another city without telling the father, while the couple was still together and refusing to let the father talk to his children because she said she found a pornographic ad in the cache on his computer. Then she refused to turn the computer over to my expert so that he could examine the computer’s contents to see when the alleged ad was put on the computer. I got attorney’s fees, sanctions and partial fees for my expert because the attorney was such an idiot.
