The stars of ‘Teen Mom 2′ say that haters make them feel insecure, but they offer up their advice for dealing with bullies.
Teen Mom 2 is a hit show, but Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska have learned that living in the public eye brings a lot of negative commenters online! “Someone sat there the other day on Twitter and called me a dirtball,” Jenelle said. “I think we all get equal amounts of haters.”
The four say they try to just brush off the name-calling, but it’s not always easy. “People tell me ‘Oh my God Chelsea, you’re so insecure. You’re such a stupid blah blah blah blah,’” Chelsea explained. “And I’m like maybe that’s why I’m insecure.”
The teen moms know they can’t make all the haters stop, so they say the best response is no response! “Try your hardest not to read it, and, if you do, brush it off because if you respond to it that’s what they want,” Kailyn advised.
Leah agreed: ‘If you feel like judging someone makes you a better person, go ahead. I don’t care.”
They definitely have to deal with a lot of hate! What’s your advice for those facing bullying, BFFs?
