Selena Gomez admits she used to be very stiff with herself, but now she’s able to let loose more than ever after starring on the Disney Channel
Selena Gomez seems pretty carefree to us, but it turns out, she used to be far more reserved before starring on Wizards of Waverly Place for the last four years.
When asked what she’s learned from being on the hit Disney Channel show, the 19-year-old actress was quick to respond.
“I think being able to open up more,” she said at the press event for the upcoming Wizards finale.
She explained, “I’m very to myself, and kind of weird sometimes. I feel like the show has definitely opened me up more — to have fun, to read the lines but enjoy it your way. So if anything, just to loosen up more.”
Loosen up, she has. In the last year, Selena fell in love for the first time with her boyfriend, Justin Bieber, and they’ve since explored the world and seemingly had the time of their lives.
