Kim Kardashian: Why I'm Glad I Divorced Kris Humphries

For the first time ever, Kim Kardashian admits her marriage was a mistake, but explains why it’s made her a better person

For someone who usually tweets promotional info about upcoming shows or is in light-hearted conversations to other celebrities, Kim Kardashian got randomly profound on Twitter Dec. 19, cryptically discussing her failed relationship to Kris Humphries.

“Maybe our mistakes r what make our fate,wout them what would shape our lives?” the 31-year-old reality star wrote, adding, “Perhaps if we never veered off course we wouldn’t b who we are.”

Kim recently wed Kris, 26, in a $15 million wedding after dating him for less than a year. Then, after 72 days of marriage, she filed for divorce, upsetting many of her fans, who speculated the reality businesswoman’s love life was a scam.

However, it seems Kim stands by her decision and is happy to have undergone the experience, as it’s made her a stronger person. We doubt Kris feels the same way.

Ok everyone needs to SHUT UP. kim left kris for a reason, Shes not gonna stay in a relationshiop just because everyone wants her to. Kim has plenty of money she doesnt need to do a scam to get more. None of you were there so therefore none of ya have any right to say it was a sham or whatever. Kim did the right thing divorcing him, & i support everything she does. :]

Oh Gosh. I’m watching the episode of Keeping Up With The Kardasians.. When Kris and Bruce renew their vowels.. I too am so glad that Kim divorced Kris Humphries.!! Kris had no right to go off at Rob just because Kim and Rob were calling each other names.. It’s just brother and sister love.. All siblings do it.. It’s natural.!!

Kim definitely heard verbal abuse from Kris and, clearly, she would not have married him if she knew he would switch from courting her to verbally abusing her.

Hope she gets this message. The switch is explained in the book, “Controlling People.” She can be proud of herself for getting out quickly!

i think she did the right thing cause she wasnt happy and kris was rude to her and cause he was in the family he took it to seriously he thought im in the family and i can do whtever but thats not how it works and khole did warn them and im upset they didnt listen but everyone needs toleave kim alone she is only human we all make mistakes and kim is write our fails only make us stronger and kim will find the right guy

I mean honestly I saw the wedding and even a blind man could see it was far from paradise. I was wondering why they were even getting married, they just did not seem happy. He seemed immature and she seemed self endulged. So its not a surprise that they didn’t last.

Kim and Kris wedding was ok but what caused the divorce was that Kim is an inconsiderate person. She only wanted it to be her way only. Kris seems like a normal living with simple living person. Kim in the other hand is spend money and have her face in front of the camera. She needs come out of cloud nine and have her feet on the floor where real people live . Well to put this way I don’t like people that are selfish and inconsiderate.

I think it is disgusting that people can actually side and agree and feed into this no talent person called Kim Kardashian. The fact that there are people that “look up to this person” while she became known for her sex tape, marries for money and more publicity, and will do nothing to try to make herself look perfect and innocent when she is obviously not makes me think of what our society will become. People need to wake up and realize that this person is absolute trash and is a disgusting example of the kind of role model for our younger generation.

If this was her first time getting married and she was young and naive I MIGHT buy this story but Kim has made a sex tape, been married before for 4 years, has been around the block with a lot of different men and is 31 years old so she needs to STFU and sit down. What is marriage? Marriage is for two people who really love each other without a third & in KK case an army or Platoon or people. KK marriage was over the minute her MOM dictated to on how to run the marriage & sister involving themselves into their relationship. It is sad that Kim had no brain in saving marriage. Then again, it is clear that she had alot to loose once she stop obeying her MOM & Sister. As for Kris, move on you were saved.
