The National League of Junior Cotillions has chosen to single out one of the most famous women in the world — find out why!

Kim Kardashian‘s brief marriage to Kris Humphries lost her many fans who believed the union was a sham for TV. But it also won her a place at the top of the “Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011″ list!

Kim, 31, received this dubious honor from the National League of Junior Cotillions, which released a statement saying that Kim is guilty of “making a private matter public and disrespecting the institution of marriage.”

Meanwhile, the always gracious Kate Middleton was at the top of the “Ten Best-Mannered People of 2011″ list — what a great choice!

she definitely is – she not only killed her marriage incredibly publicly but then she didn’t return the gifts – instead traded them in for watches?! then she is constantly trying to make Kris look bad.. shes an evil wench

Kim Kardashian has become the Elizabeth Taylor for the 21st century. She
has the beautiful eyes; if only she had the talent. I do wonder if her
marriage to Humphries improved her basketball game and her dribbling
skills.

LMAO…I could think of a lot more other names for her and her family but this one will do for now. Tweens, teens and a few misguided young adults will follow them but adults who contribute anything positive in this world do not have respect for them. People will use them to make money off of them and laugh at the K’s behind their backs. They are the laughing stock of the world.

Ill mannered ..Love it!!! What a perfect title for her…then I wonder how would she be seen now if she decided to work at her marriage and not file for divorce
