Jennifer Garner: I Wish I Was A Cute Pregnant Girl, But I'm Not

The down-to-earth actress admitted she craves junk food during her pregnancy! HollyMoms — do you have a hard time resisting less-than-healthy treats during your pregnancy, too?

Ever wonder how some celebs such as Beyonce are able to wear sky-high heels and skin-tight pants during pregnancy? Jennifer Garner does! The (almost!) mom of three opened up about her weight struggles for the cover of the January InStyle magazine. “I wish I was one of those cute pregnant girls who wear skinny jeans throughout their pregnancies,” she revealed. “But I just gain weight. I’m trying really hard to be mindful, but when I’m making the kids mac and cheese, I want it badly.”

Luckily the 39-year-old says her hubby Ben Affleck is a great support system for raising their kids. The couple has two daughters, Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3, and a baby boy is on the way. “I don’t know how or why it works as well as it does,” she gushed. “Honestly, I would do anything for that man because I know it’s not taken for granted.”

But as much as Jennifer loves being a wife and mother, she admits it’s not easy. She says that’s why she identifies with her character in Butter, a movie she produced and stars in that comes out in 2012. “I identified with her loss of identity,” she explained. “You identify with your career then become a mom and put everything you have into the happiness of those kids. And though I wouldn’t change it for anything, you lose part of yourself.”

So true! HollyMoms — did you struggle with weight during your pregnancy like Jennifer did? How did you handle it?
