An inside source told HollywoodLife.com that ‘DWTS’ has their eyes set on a republican candidate!

Football players, socialites, and actresses have all danced their way to stardom on the hit show Dancing with the Stars. But after the success of Bristol Palin, daughter of republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, and all the viewers she brought in, the show is looking to add more politics to their star-studded cast.

“Once a front runner comes out of the republican party, those that leave their campaigns will be asked to join the show. So Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry are all on the shows hit list,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

We’ve seen these politicians dance their way through scandals and speech slip-ups, but can they put they put their fancy footwork to test on a real stage?
