After attending the 2011 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event in a low cut dress last weekend, Miley Cyrus had everyone wondering if she had gotten breast implants!
Ladies and gentleman, Miley Cyrus has a really fantastic push up bra. The 19-year-old former Disney darling had stunning cleavage in her gown at the 2011 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event in Los Angeles Dec. 11 — but she swears she didn’t go under the knife.
“Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!” Miley tweeted Dec. 13, after being asked if her breasts had been augmented.
Previous reports with plastic surgeons claimed Miley had gotten a boob job. However, if she says she didn’t, we definitely believe her!

omg ofc they are real! and TINY I doubt you could even want a boob job so small .. They are hardly big whoppin boobs are they ?!! try being a natural 32H and having people say that to you lk I do most times even though it’s obvious mine are all real cos fake boobs are just “there” no movement or anything and mine bounce lk mad even if I’m just casually walking down the street
