Find out why Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle is super excited to be welcoming Khloe and Lamar to Dallas.
It looks like Khloe Kardashian won’t have any problem making friends when she moves to Dallas, Texas with NBA playing hubby Lamar Odom, who just got traded from the LA Lakers to the Mavericks. The Mavericks’ head coach Rick Carlisle is a huge fan of Khloe’s.
“I will say this: Khloe’s my favorite Kardashian,” Rick tells The Dallas Morning News. “She’s the coolest.”
According to TMZ, E! film crews will be following Khloe and Lamar as they move to Dallas. And, Rick might even consider joining the happy couple in some of their filming sessions. “I’ve never been one to rule anything out,” he admits. “I would guess it would be a long shot to be asked.”
While Khloe is “sad” to be leaving her friends and family in LA, a source close to Lamar’s new team tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that his Mavericks team mates are just as excited as their coach to welcome the reality duo to Dallas.
“You’d think people would be a little annoyed since it will bring the Kardashian reality exposure with it but actually it’s the complete opposite,” shares our source. “These guys have known Lamar for years and they know he’s a good guy. Everyone has been traded at some point or another and they are there to support him. They can’t wait to take him out and show him around Dallas.”
