Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez made dozens of sick kids’ day last weekend when they surprised them at the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C.!

The day before Justin Bieber performed at the Christmas in Washington concert at the White House, he was spreading holiday cheer to kids in need, with the help of his girlfriend, Selena Gomez. Aren’t they amazing to their fans?

Jacqueline Bowens, Executive VP of External Affairs of Children’s National Medical Center tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “The kids loved them! It was a surprise for them. Justin spent quality time with all of the kids, talked to them, took pictures with them and sang to them.”

For the past 30 years, the proceeds from Christmas in Washington have gone to the hospital, so Justin, 17, was joined by Victoria Justice and Conan O’Brien, who were both part of the concert. A source told us Selena, 19, wasn’t featured in the hospital’s photos of the day because she wasn’t part of the event. However, she did pose for pictures with kids who asked.

“These are kids who are suffering from a range of illnesses such as cancer, blood disorders, orthopedic issues. None of them wants to be in the hospital…so they were beyond happy when Justin and the others arrived for their surprise visit!” Bowens explains.

She adds, “The proceeds from TNT’s Annual Christmas in Washington make it possible for 1000′s of kids to have access to the best medical treatment and care. And it allows us to treat children who can’t afford medical care. We survive of the generosity of our community and philanthropy.”
