Rachel Crow is a spoiled brat. I hate her. She seemed “okay” at first, but then she threw a fricking temper tantrum like my bratty three year old neighbor! Before, she said she would be okay with whatever outcome because she thought she would win! She was being self-centered right there. I’m GLAD she didn’t win, because she would not make it, if poor little Rachel can’t handle being told ‘no’. Sure, Nicole was a wuss, but America voted Rachel down. And I think America was very smart in that choice. She acted extremely immature and stuck up for her age. For anyone’s age actually. Like I said, she acts like my three year old neighbor, and his actions aren’t justified, he has just had horrible parenting. I know I shouldn’t waste my time on this but Rachel’s bratty, immature, and self-centered ways make me so mad!

Thats the best part of the show. As seen through the years of other singing shows. Voters are stupid and those with real talent tends to get sent home over some one who for whatever reason is more apealing and likely would never be a sucessful artist. This idea is suppose to prevent that the votes still put them in the hot seat but least they can use there talent to possibly move on.

I agree. this show gives you another chance to make it thru. because like other shows if the votes were left up to the public she still would have went home based on the votes. so i think instead of beating nicole up for it, america should beat themselves up

I have watched every performance of both contestants and clearly to me Rachel was the most consistent throughout. As for the sing-off, Rachel blew Marcus away. Nicole just did not want to take the responsibility of the decision making which as a judge she should have done. She clearly let Rachel get axed. No one can convince me that America did not favor Rachel overall. This was the third time Marcus was in the bottom two. This should have been a shoe in for the judges. Overall, I was disappointed in the judges for their remarks especially toward one another. As a matter of fact, the apology that Simon made to Drew for song choice I believe is what left the door open for the judges to send her home. But alas, such is life.

Some of you are so STUPID (course, so am I for responding, but…). The deadlock was put in place for a reason. They used it, not for the first time, I might add. I thought Marcus sang better Thurs. or just as well. You should be mad at yourself for not voting enough, if at all!

sorry to see rachel go like that.
nicole, should really get her ears checked and common sense brought into reality.
marcus , this was his 3rd time in the bottom. rachel’s first. he was save 2 times. what, would have been the harm to save rachel crow. fine it is a competition, but, common sense and fairness should also be a factor to consider. she projected her voice quite admirably during her save me number, got everyone standing and moving, as if it was a concert.
really a shame rachel couldn’t get the guts to save her.
obviously, she has what it takes to go and further her fledging career, rachel will go far. nicole, i think lost alot of her fan base.

Frankly, boo on Nicole, she is a judge and she should have voted as to who is the best. Chicken is what she is! the audience was right, boo on Nicole!!! She only cried because the audience was booing her!

Was Nicole wrong or right ? Well, a bit of both.

Nicole was right: She voted in favour of Marcus to allow the vote to be taken to the public vote. They are the ones who are going to be buying the records so it is fairer that they have the final say as opposed to 4 people on a panel.
So in those terms Nicole did the right thing to let America decide and unfortunately, for whatever reason, it did not go Rachels way.

Nicole was wrong: After the voting, the votes from the judges be be based ONLY on that sing-off performance and not past performances. If you’re going to bring in past performances then DON’T have a sing-off because we already know what they sound like. This should be an X-Factor rule!
Now, America had voted but lines were closed before the sing-off and none of the votes from America included that sing-off performance. Had it done so the outcome might have been different as Rachel unexpectedly smashed Marcus with that performance.
So… it should be down to the judges to vote on the sing-off only and they SHOULD vote and not be allowed to squirm out of it.
Nicole took a gamble and played with that little girls career and she lost, as did Rachel. For wimping out of that decision, Nicole should not be invited back next year as she is clearly an unfit judge with an inability to make the hard decisions.

Personally I think Nicole was wrong because the voting should be based on the sing off song because that’s what it’s there for. A performance by the artist to pull themselves out of the fire. Rachel did that better than Marcus did.
Also Marcus has been in the bottom 2 twice before. Rachel never has.

Public vote is fairer (well as much as it can be seeing as how its a popularity contest with a lot of voters filled with hate for other acts), but the public never got to based their votes on the sing-off song which is why the judges should.

I’m done. Thanks for reading.

Now first and foremost its not about who sings better, if it was chris rene would not still be there. it is about your overall performance so prior to any sing off and whatever else please take being able to sing out of it, i beleive Rachel had a wonderful voice and bubbly just as any 13 yr old child is. however Marcus holds alot more then that, and i beleive that americas choice was right. im not even going to include Nicole in this because honestly the only person i feel would have been able to make the last choice would have been simon. period, no one else would have had the balls to vote either one of them off. also him being in the bottom two has nothing to do with anything as you can see the votes werent that far apart, she obviously was right above drew, once drew left she was in the bottom
last but not least based on the sing off i still dont feel the votes would have changed if the lines were open, if you are a fan of someone thats just it whether they sung better or not.

I think America was right because in the end Rachel acted like a self-centered brat who could not handle being told no.

Many XFACTOR veiwers didnt participate in the voting portion this week, because of the flaws in the system. 1 week judges are using it liek a “bonus performance” another week as a “sole performance, all the while deadlock is based on previous. That & the lack of “non flowered” up critiquing, by all but Simon, with the exception of Drew (which the 3 judges had no problem “coming hard at”) made that whole segment just unappealing & lost them active partcipanting voters. Last few weeks Nicole decided to portray herself as a teenage meangirl, & it caught up with the show. Not directly Nicole’s fault Rachel was sent home, but yah nicole had alot to do with why people stopped voting period.

I HOPE THAT SOMEHOW RACHEL READS THIS NOTE OR IT CAN BE CONVEYED TO HER. SHE NEEDS TO KNOW THAT AFTER SHE HAD HER PRESS CONFERENCE, THAT NICOLE HELD A PRESS CONFERENCE AND THAT NICOLE STATED THAT IF SHE HAD IT TO DO ALL OVER AGAIN, SHE WOULD STILL BE SENDING RACHEL HOME. THE PRESS CONFERENCE IS PUBLISHED ON HOLLYWOOD LIFE AND RACHEL SHOULD READ IT..BECAUSE NICOLE LIED TO HER IN HER DRESSING ROOM. SHE WAS OUT TO SEND YOU HOME, AND SHE WOULD DO IT AGAIN. NICOLE IS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. SORRY RACHEL…THAT IS WHAT NICOLE SAID.

I could not hate Nicole more. This woman just wanna be a nice friend to everybody and simply not doing her job. Her intention was to send Rachel home but she is telling Rachel that she didn’t mean to do so? What!??? BOO all the way. I will never watch X Factor if she returns to the next season. Cheryl please come back!

Did anyone notice how the contestants have to “console” Nichole? Watch the video and Josh – who is anxious enough and needs to connect with fans and enjoy the moment at the end of the show – is seen consoling his mentor Nichole. Is that really fair? Should judges be crying and contestants -who are in the bottom two and should be focusing on what they need to do – have to “console” them????? And Nichole says she was “consoled” by Rachel and Nichole thinks this is okay?????? Wow.

Yea. Now the reason is clear why Nicole Scherzinger has never became a star. I just don’t want to see her face or listen to her voice(especially while her judging). I never had my heart neat so fast while watching singing competition until the last night’s episode. I couldn’t believe Nicole, a grown up adult, a paid judge, a professional musician made that behavior.

I feel bad for Nicole. It was because of bratty Rachel that she needed consoling. Rachel was out of line, and she was a brat! Totally took away any ounce of enjoyment the guy could have had from winning, and turned it all around on her so the world could view her damn temper tantrum.
