Simon laughed off fans who think Nicole should be punished for not taking sides on a pivotal episode — are you convinced?
After Rachel Crow got kicked off the Dec. 8 episode of The X Factor, many fans called for wishy-washy judge Nicole Scherzinger to get fired. But Simon Cowell says that isn’t going to happen!
Nicole, 33, has incredible job security, Simon, 52, said in a press conference after the show.
“I would never fire her for that,” he said. “We never fire people, they just leave us.”

I think that nicole was told to make that decision. You saw her quotation marks she made. It obviously bothered her. Its not her fault.
