The singer has a super strange pregnancy craving: salt with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! She licks the salt like a Tequila shot!
A lot of pregnant women get wacky pregnancy cravings, and Jessica Simpson is no exception. “This week it’s peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, toasted,” she told Rachael Ray on the Dec. 12 episode, according to Us Weekly. “And then, I’ll put some salt on my hand like I’m taking a tequila shot and then take a bite of the sandwich.”
The 31-year-old said that odd food cravings aren’t the only thing that’s changed — her emotions are all over the place! “That’s the one thing about pregnancy — I’ll cry at the drop of a hat,” she said. “Even a great souffle would make me cry.”
But despite all the changes, she said she loves being pregnant. “I felt [the baby] move the other day for the first time and I had big crocodile tears,” she revealed. “It was the coolest thing ever. It did a flip or something. I was like, ‘There it went. It’s there. It’s really there.'”
Jessica has said that she thinks the baby will be a girl, and her nephew Bronx, 3, agrees! “He rubs my belly,” she said. “He has guesses. He said he wants it to be a girl… He thinks it’s going to be a girl.”
