If you want eternally-young looking skin, you need to try two new anti-aging products that REALLY work, plus use sunscreen, explains top NYC dermatologist, Dr. Bruce Katz.

Here’s the great news if you want to have the kind of young-looking skin that star like J-Lo, 42, Jennifer Aniston, 42, and Halle Berry, 45, have no matter how old they get. You can have it too!

“Using a sunscreen on your face everyday with an SPF of 15, or SPF 30 if you’re going to be out in the sun, is the BEST anti-aging tactic you can do,” says Dr. Bruce Katz, from Juva Skin & Laser Center in NYC.

“Just make sure your sunscreen includes one of these three ingredients: zinc oxide, titanium dioxide or avobenzone. So check the ingredient list.

Then you should start your own daily anti-aging regime. Dr. Katz recommends that  you to use a green tea extract face moisturizer or serum after washing in the morning.

“Green tea extract has been proven to be 80 times more effective as an anti-oxidant than vitamin C, another popular anti-oxidant,” he explains. Studies now show this, he says.

Anti-oxidants actually neutralize “free radicals” which are “unmatched” electrons in your skin. The unmatched electrons disrupt and break down cells. The anti-oxidants in green tea extract neutralize the electrons and prevent them from damaging your healthy cells, he explains.

Dr. Katz suggests his Juva Spa Green Tea Triple Antioxidant Cream, but you can also look for other green tea moisturizers in pharmacies on online like Proactive’s Green Tea Moisturizer, Alba’s Aloe & Green Tea Oil-Free Moisturizer  and H2O’s Green Tea Antioxidant Face Complex.

Then your next step is to use a moisturizer by Neocutis at night after washing. The Neocutis product contains growth factors which again have been shown in clinical studies to slow down the aging of skin cells.

The key is to “use different agents that work differently to slow down the aging of the skin,” says Dr. Katz.
