They might not be engaged, but Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez looked happily in love while tanning in Mexico Dec. 7!

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are in Cabo for her friend’s wedding, but that didn’t stop them from taking some time to chill by the pool. Wearing her turquoise bikini, Selena, 19, sexily posed for Justin, 17, as he snapped photos of her. We love how flirty they are with each other!

Despite rumors the couple was engaged (thanks to a ring on Selena’s wedding finger), Selena’s rep has vehemently denied any engagement. That said, the couple seems to be doing better than ever as they celebrate their one year anniversary in Mexico.

OMG You really think Jelena is real? Selena and Justin are doing this just to get more attention. Yeah, so everyone sees them as the perfect couple. But what I see is two teen celebrities who would do anything,even have a fake relationship, for just having fun, not going to school and having more money.It’s sad, really sad.
