'Pretty Little Liars' Scoop: Lucy Hale Says 'A' Is Creepier Than Ever On Winter Premiere

Watch our exclusive video interview with Lucy for the scoop on what ‘A’ will be up to when ‘Pretty Little Liars’ returns Jan. 2!

Just when you thought you’d seen “A” at his/her/their worst on Pretty Little Liars, along comes Lucy Hale to remind us we ain’t seen nothing yet. “‘A’ is sort of even creepier than before, if that’s possible,” Lucy told HollywoodLife.com at ABC Family‘s Winter Wonderland event Dec. 4 in New York. And it sounds like the girls come closer to figuring out “A”‘s identity than ever!

“[‘A’] will text them right after they say something and repeat what they say, so it’s obviously someone they know,” Lucy adds. “They know that it’s someone at their school, one of their friends, they don’t know.”

I’ve had the privilege of watching the premiere myself, and I can fully back Lucy up on this one. “A” is all up in the girls’ business like never before, and even though they try to outsmart him/her/them, it doesn’t exactly go as well they hope.

Watch my full chat with Lucy below to find out more about the show’s Jan. 2 winter premiere — including what’s in store for Aria and Ezra (Ian Harding)!
