Deena tells HollywoodLife.com that there’s no place like the ‘Jersey Shore’ and reveals why the cast couldn’t wait to leave Italy and start shooting season five!
Arrivederci Italy! Hello Jersey Shore! Your favorite guidos and guidettes are back to their antics on the upcoming season of Jersey Shore and HollywoodLife.com got the whole scoop from MTV meatball Deena Cortese at the NYC premiere of Jonah Hill‘s new flick The Sitter!
“Sh*t definitely hits the fan,” Deena tells us. “A lot of things come forward that all of you would like to know … what happened in Italy. Everything comes to the table in Jersey but it’s a lot of fun.”
You’d think Deena, Snooki and the gang would be totally sad to leave their wild Italian nights behind right? Not a chance!
“Jersey is so much more fun than Italy,” she says. “It’s less dramatic and more light.”
Wait, so does that mean no more drunken fights, girl-on-girl make outs and inner cast romances?
“You’ll see me and Pauly D really are just best friends,” Deena says. “I go to him about my guys and he comes to me about his girls.”
Season five premieres Jan. 5 at 10/9c on MTV. Get ready for more GTL!
