Shocking news: A woman in Miami tried to sell her baby son after arranging to meet with a prospective buyer!
Most mothers will say that time with their child is priceless, but not Kenia Quiala Bosque! The 30-year-old Miami, Florida woman arranged to sell her son for only $7,000 before police caught her, according to The Daily Mail.
Police were tipped off about the baby sale, and an undercover officer posed as the buyer at the meeting before arresting the mom. She didn’t actually show up for the transaction, but they say they had enough evidence to book her on baby selling charges!
Two other kids in her home in Opa-Locka, near Miami, were taken, too. ‘We are just so glad we were able to obtain this information in time to intervene before anything could happen to endanger this child,’ Monroe County Sheriff Bob Peryam told NBC Miami.
And this isn’t her first brush with the law: Court records show she was arrested for armed burglary and theft in Nov. 2010, according to The Daily Mail!
Did she really need the money that much that she had to sell her child? How awful!
