HollywoodLife.com spoke with an eyewitness at LA’s Soho House who told us exactly what went down between our favorite ‘Twilight’ star and his blonde friend, Sarah Roemer
Robert Pattinson had Robsten fans freaking out this weekend when he went out to dinner and then drinks with actress, Sarah Roemer. However, HollywoodLife.com has all the exclusive details on their friendly date Dec. 3. (Don’t worry, Kristen Stewart!)
After dining at one of Rob’s favorite restaurants, La Poubelle, Rob and Sarah — who worked with Kristen on a short film called Cutlass in 2007 — headed to the Soho House, where they had a couple drinks and met up with Rob’s friends.
“They sat at an outdoor table and smoked cigarettes,” our eyewitness tells us. “They weren’t flirty or into each other at all. They just seemed like friends hanging out.”
Adds our source, “Before sitting at their own table, Rob and his friends stopped by Reese Witherspoon‘s table for about 20 minutes. Reese was with her husband Jim Toth. Earlier in the night, Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz were eating dinner and having drinks with Reese and Jim.”
Consistently a low key guy, Rob called it a night around 1 a.m., our source says, adding, “One of Rob’s friends had a British accent. They all ate appetizers and french fries and had a couple drinks.”
There you have it, HollywoodLifers. Rob and Kristen are still strong as ever — and Sarah is lucky to have them as such good friends!
