Kim, 47, is seeking help for her dependency with professional care, Entertainment Tonight reports.

Fans will remember last season’s finale episode, which featured Kim squaring off against her sister and costar Kyle Richards about her drinking — it was one of the most intense moments of the show!

she is a straight up opiate addict and is also full of herself. I dont like her and she has no class. Brandi is twice the woman she is. Bring it on Bitch

This must be so hard. Such a deeply personal matter being so public. I hope she gets well soon. What a great little actress she was and could be again.

It really looks like she is depending on something more than alcohol. Now that she is headed to rehab, hopefully she will get honest with herself and admit EVERYTHING she is dependent on. Nobody spends entire evenings in the bathroom just sucking on a bottle. Just from how she looks and her behavior anyone who knows or has known someone with a drug problem can tell, it’s not just booze!! Remember how defensive she got when one of the other ladies called her out for sitting in the bathroom all night? And she didn’t mention booze !! If she was truly clean she wouldn’t have gotten so pissed off, she would have laughed it off !! Good luck Kim, it’s about time !!!

well, if they treat her alcoholism by giving her meds to use instead, she might as well just check herself out now. but hopefully tho they downplay it as “alcohol” treatment (not that that isn’t bad enough), it’s comprehensive to deal with her drug addictions/abuse, too.
