Will Kris Humphries Sue Kim Kardashian After Divorce?

Insiders are speculating that Kris may take extreme measures to get financial compensation from Kim!

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are in the middle of a heated split, and sources close to the exes are saying that Kris might work hard to make sure he gets a payday after the botched marriage!

Kris, 26, might try to take Kim, 31, to the cleaners, TMZ reports. And though an iron-clad prenup would block him from any of that money, there is a way to sue for emotional distress due to fraud.

Although it’s a long shot, legal experts tell the news organization that if Kris were to get dropped from his team as a result of poor play — which he could blame on emotional distress — he could perhaps get his $3.2 million dollar annual salary from Kim. But he would have a LOT of work to do to convince the court his poor play was justified!

Im getting tired of hearing about this woman eveywhere, she is such a drama queen. First sex tape with Ray J. Then she married and divorce Kris Humphries, and now there are rumors of a new sex tape. What’s out there now seems to be for yielding Kim’s problems. The news about her parents may heading for divorce, and Kris Jenner taking back her Kardashian name;) Kourtney pregnant again, ;) and Kloe “MORNING” sickness. Lol they can’t stand loosing publicity, not being in magazines. The only reality about this family of whores is $$$$$$$$$$$

I don’t for a second believe that this guy is going to sue Kim. He just wants his dignity back. This article is just a speculation by TMZ, which I hear is extremely kozy with the Kardashian family. What I can’t comprehend is why the Kardashians are employing these sort of tactics against Kris Humphries. I really hope that we find out that he did something extremely terrible to Kim or else these tactics of defaming him are going to back fire even more on them. They are bringing a nuclear bomb to a fight with an ant. It is just dirty.

I wish they would just go back to being entertainment and stop ruining our news and sports channels with their fodder. It is just getting annoying now and this “reality” drama is getting a little too real.
