Selena’s a repeat offender of the peek-a-boo shapewear trend– and didn’t seem shy although she was totally flashing her SPANX!
Selena Gomez is no stranger when it comes to flaunting her shapewear — even if it is meant to be worn underneath your clothes. At the Jingle Ball concert in California on Dec. 1, the star rocked a red and white, sequin and tulle costume — but it was her suspiciously long shapewear shorts that had us doing a double-take!
While we doubt she meant to show off her shapewear, we much rather see her wear something than nothing. Selena is always such a lady and we love it — and she isn’t alone! A slew of stars have fallen victim to the latest ‘show-off shapewear’ epidemic that’s sweeping Hollywood. Sure, it used to be the star’s best kept secret — until now!
Other gals who have flashed their SPANX include Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce and Blake Lively. While some may think it still isn’t ever meant to be seen, I honestly have to commend these gals for covering up! Whether you’re rocking the red carpet or the stage, the appropriate undergarments are crucial if you want to pull of a glam look — and flashing your privates is never acceptable!
While I get that on stage you need to cover up, the last person to ever need the help of shapewear is the svelte, 19-year-old Selena! However, so what if her SPANX are showing? I’m just happy she set a good example and covered up! Do you agree?
