An insider reveals that Kris wants to speak openly about his marriage to Kim, but can’t because of the prenup he signed.
In response to Kim Kardashian filing for divorce on Oct. 31, just 72 days after getting married, her soon-to-be ex-hubby Kris Humphries wants the prenup that he signed when they tied the knot to be dismissed. In the prenup, there is a clause that says that neither Kim nor Kris can speak publicly about their marriage — and now Kris wants to be open about what happened, an insider tells RadarOnline.com.
“The confidentiality aspect of the prenup is extensive and was created just in case things went bad, neither Kim nor Kris could discuss their relationship to the media,” the insider explains to RadarOnline.com. “But now, Kris wants to be able to talk about the relationship without fear of being sued.”
Kris is seeking for their marriage to be annulled on the claims of fraud. If Kris is granted the annulment, the prenup may be dropped too. In California, the annulment will mean that Kris and Kim were never married.
“Kris is getting excellent legal advice,” says the insider. “If the judge annuls the marriage, they were never legally married, and the prenup at that point is really moot.”
Kris is going to see the annulment through. “Kris wants this to play out in court, and wants the process to be transparent,” notes the source. “If this needs to go to trial, he is ready for that.”

Kim Kardashian is going to die an old childless woman, and when her boobies start to sag and her a** starts to dry up she will have nothing to show for it. Because like Kris said no one will care about her… lol

So anyways, this is the main reason Kris wants san anullment, because of the gag order. Which is actually totally ridiculous. Kim is obsessed with her image I can’t imagine doing that to someone. Silencing someone is one of the oldest and worst forms of abuse and mistreatment. Itvs a violation of rights he should have never signed it.
“just in case things went bad”… That is exactly when you should be able to talk? What if he had hit her or vice versa? Would she not be allowed to speak to the media about it?
Kris should have gotten the so-called excellent media advice before the marriage ….

If Kim Kardashian has nothing to hide or lie about, then she should give him his annulment.But she won’t, because the snake doesn’t want him to talk. After the way she and her family has portrayed him and ran his name thru the dirt, she should pay him a pretty penny for silence. If she is smart, she will. Yes, the marriage was a fraud.She couldn’t file for annulment because she was the one that orchestrated the wedding.She and her mother planned out everything. They didn’t even consider getting his family a limo for the wedding for his parents. He was allowed very little limitations to anything in that wedding. He is the only person that can request an annulment because he truly was the one that was set up to believe that the wedding was real and that she loved him. She wrote it in her blog, she stated that she got caught up in the hoopla when she should have just pulled out of the wedding…she no longer wanted to marry him, and now she is publicly letting him know thru media outlets. She didn’t even bother telling him that she was going to file for divorce. She will manipulate her audience thru paid bloggers that Kris knew she was going to file but he clearly didn’t. I’m sure on her reality show she will try to edit it to seem that way to. But she will not win. She is going to have to meet him in the middle. I really am so down with all the kardashians. I just want justice for Kris.He has been getting bashed by bloggers when he is the victim in all of this. The dude may be a bit spoiled, but so is Kim, he may play rough, but after viewing the first episode, so does she when she punched him, but he truly loved her and was committed to the marriage and she clearly was not. According to her, she should have never married him.

Way To Go!!!! Kris Humphries. That’s right, have the Prenup Null and Void. Your estranged wife, Kim Kardashian Defrauded you and she also Defrauded The Public of “10″ Million TV Viewers from around the World who actually tuned in to watch this (FAKE) Fairy Tale Wedding of the Century in America for (FOUR) long hours; which by the way, was even BIGGER and more EXPENSIVE than (Kate Middleton and Prince Williams); Wedding. In addition, she NEEDS to be locked-up and her PIMP Mother KRIS JENNER as well in the Los Angeles County Jail, and or California State Prision. What they both did is committed several different Criminal Acts. This divorce case NEEDS to be seriously moved into a Criminal Courtroom; instead. Once again, Way To Go!!! TEAM KRIS HUMPHRIES. I think there is very little reality in reality TV…..also people don’t believe everything you read in the media, have your own thoughts for once! That’s what ruining this country, no one thinks for themselves anymore! How about instead of using energy to comment on these articles and judge people, we use that energy to do something good, like help a neighbor? Everyone is so up in arms about two spoiled people, when there should be articles about real people and real everyday struggles. Let’s turn out attention to helping people, so there may be one less whatever in our world and bettering our lives than this nonesense!
