Kim Kardashian has a divorce headache on her hands! The reality star’s hubby Kris Humphries went to the LA County Superior Court on Nov. 30 and slapped Kim with annulment papers! TMZ obtained the documents and you can see that Kris means business!
We told you Kris is claiming that Kim conned him into marriage all for the sake of her reality TV show. And according to California law, Kris will only get the marriage annulled if he can prove that “no valid marriage ever took place.”
According to California law, a nullity is granted if the court finds that no valid marriage ever took place.
We told you that top divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler told HollywoodLife.com that although difficult to prove, this would be Kris’ only way of erasing any legal trace of the marriage.
