Kim Kardashian May Never Get Divorced

With Kris’ annulment filing, NYC divorce attorney Vikki Ziegler tells HollywoodLife.com that this could delay Kim’s divorce case for a long time.

Kim Kardashian may be married to Kris Humphries for a lot longer than 72 days. Now that Kris filed for annulment on Nov. 30, Vikki Ziegler tells HollywoodLife.com that if Kim doesn’t agree to it, she could be stuck in her marriage. Does this mean Kim should agree to the annulment or fight a bitter divorce battle?

“Until a judge hears the evidence or unless Kim consents to the annulment, it can delay the case indefinitely,” Vikki says. “If she consents it can be over sooner than six months [mandatory by California Law]. If not it could take longer because their matter is contested and will abide the courts calendar.”

Vikki has dealt with hundreds of divorces over her career and she says it seems like Kris is trying to prove Kim conned him into the marriage in order to get the prenup thrown out so he can make money!

“If the marriage gets annulled and the prenup becomes void, he may be able to speak freely about Kim and her family,” Vikki says. “He may also be doing it as a negotiation tool to get a settlement to not talk and drop the annulment.”

I think she should agree to the annulment. It’s obvious she doesn’t care to have 2 divorces under her belt. But he does. He never had a marriage with her so why should he have to check the divorce if he was technically married. I’m sure that after the 72 days they were so called married, the most they probably saw eachother ten times. Do what you gotta do and go away people.

I hope the tramp gives him the annulment and everybody goes their seperate ways. Hopefully KK will ride off into the sunset and get lost somewhere.

Im getting tired of hearing about this woman eveywhere, she is such a drama queen. First sex tape with Ray J. Then she married and divorce Kris Humphries, and now there are rumors of a new sex tape. Well, if he wants an annulment purely because of his religious beliefs, then he would keep his mouth shut and not try to ruin Kim or her family, no matter how much people don’t like them. He clearly is looking for a payday period. He is so immature and needs to grow up. If you don’t like them, then don’t comment/read articles about them and don’t watch their shows on TV. And PS–just because you pray on TV does not mean your a Christian.

Why should kris not have the feeling of betrayal he went into this marriage thinking it was going be forever kim did this to herself by handling it poorly by letting kris out thru tmz and jetting to another country, her action was disgusting plain and simple. kim is not the victim in this at all but I guess that ok behavior hah!! Don’t get me wrong if her feeling changed she should follow her heart. I think it would been better if she did it early when her love for kris changed before the I dos. she acted like ajerk basically like a man doing this a woman.

Obviously, the attorney doesn’t have religious beliefs and doesn’t believe in God. There are those religious type people who do not believe in divorce. Kris Humphries has always shown his faith. He prayed on television several times. Its not an act for money. Wake up. Thats what Kim Kardashian is doing. Kris H already said he would never sue her.

Really? If he takes marriage so seriously why did he marry a women he barely knows after 6 months in a made for TV special. I get some of you don’t like Kim, but please use common sense.

No Mel, you too have it all wrong. When you find true love that you believe is from GOD, you act, and he did and got burned, because he was USED. What part of USED you do not understand. People meet and get engaged, and stay engaged for years, and then marry, and 6 months, sometimes maybe a year, they are divorced. Time does not have nothing to do with anything these days. If you hoax people into something, that is different. She took advantage of a young 26 year man, that fell in love with her. If she had not divorce Kris H, America and the World would still be asleep on the Kardashian/Jenner watch, while they raked in millions and using the World to get it. They thought we were stupid! Do you understand that Mel? I wonder what they would think of you, especially if you do not buy their products. They would have no time for you in their lifestyle. They would think you do not make enough money to ever utter their Kardashian. So your defense for them in not attractive, especially when our young girls are looking up to them. They may think it is okay to make a sex tape to become famous, BUT that is NOT okay. Who wants to look up to someone like that, and why would you want your young girls to look up to someone like that. Kim should be glad Kris H gave her the time of the day. She tried to get a NY Knick to play her TV husband, but he refused. Where are the morals and values of Kim…it lies in her wallet, and it will always be there. I pity the next man, because NO MAN will ever get alone with her family. NO REAL MAN. Kris H is a REAL MAN, that is why they do not like him, and Kim is not enough woman to defend her man from her family. She cannot stand on her own 2 feet. She’s probably at her Mom’s house now pretending to be 15. Who wants a woman like that, NOT A REAL MAN!!!

Team Kris all the way!! I hope he gets the following:
1. An anullment
2. The prenup dismissed
3. Ability to speak freely about the “fame loving liar” (her ex-husband’s
words)
4. A tell all book deal and I hope he tells it all.
5. Etc.
Take that h o e down. You should have known better Kris. You cannot turn a fame loving lying h o e into a sweet little housewife. It isn’t going to happen especially not with that chick.
