Leah couldn’t stand Corey when they were married, but now she admits that they’re actually friends.
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer thinks that getting a divorce was good for her relationship with her ex-husband Corey Simms and their two-year-old twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah.
“Yes, we are [friends]!” Leah tweeted at a fan on Nov. 30. “I actually think we get a long better when we’re not together!”
Leah believes that she and Corey are now better parents. “We Co-parent very well! #happygirl” she wrote.
“I don’t have to justify myself as a good mother because I know in my heart I am!” she said to another fan. “I’m very strong! Idc what anyone else thinks. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions”
Leah met her current boyfriend Jeremy Calvert just one month after her divorce from Corey was finalized in June.
