Sources learned exclusively Demi and Scott-Vincent are just long-time friends! Do you think that’s just a cover?

Looks like Ashton Kutcher isn’t the only one getting his flirt on! Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Demi Moore has been quietly dating Scott-Vincent Borba, the CEO of BORBA skin care products, since last week. “He’s head over heels for Demi,” the source reveals. “There’s definitely potential for a lasting relationship between them.”

And the two were spotted dining at Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel Nov. 26. However, one eyewitness tells us that the two are just friends. “They are long time friends and not once was there any sexual chemistry at all. They were in constant chatting mode and they were talking and joking, nothing serious seemed to be talked about at all,” the source says.

As HollywoodLife.com told you exclusively, Ashton spent his Thanksgiving holiday partying at Iowa college bar The Summit — so it sounds like both halves of Hollywood’s most notorious cougar couple are moving on.
