It is definitely a change for Taylor Swift — she tends to let her curls run wild. The look is a little bit retro and incredibly cute, but it does make her look much younger than her 21 years.

I would love to see Taylor Swift getting a silky straight jaw length bob hairstyle. She could totally pull off that look.
