Ali and Roberto really are meant to be together, marriage has to do with compromise, i tell you…you dont run away or call it quits when things are not working out the way you wanted them to. Roberto is an introvert, a family like man and with a man like that, he will never cheat you with some other girl, never flirt, Ali you can make dinner indoors, be wild indoors, and some time maybe Roberto will also compromise to go out with u, Roberto is so sweet but one of you guys need to be calm, I doubt that Ali will find someone who is better than Roberto, you are going to get the worst. U guys need to sit down and think about this…work things out…

Why does Jesse always claim to be the one ‘in the know’ when it comes to Bachelor/ette relationships? Why even put such an insane theory out there, or even print information that Ali & Roberto broke up because of the stress of planning a wedding? I believe they’re both intelligent people & share their personal business with those closest to them & whomever else they choose. Jesse’s not even an acquaintance, nor does he know anything about their life. Just because he was one of hundreds on the Bachelor doesn’t make him anymore an authority on everything than any other person on there. Sorry, Jess, but your 15 minutes was up long ago, accept that blogs & gossip columns certainly aren’t your forte’, maybe you could find work selling snowboards in your area. Just sayin’.

I’d say someone who once was in the very same process of planning an ABC wedding has a lot of insight…

I agree that this can be extremely stressful to a couple. There have to be compomises in life. Can one really throw away a special something you have just because of a wedding of one wanting the limelight and the other quieter. Why do they not just have a small tv wedding what the difference. That is what I call compromise and if ytou love each other. Obvioously the viewers have watched them fall in love so Roberto the viewers would love to see the wedding too and then everyone would be satisfied. No pressure after that what can be worse being in constant limelight 24/7 on bachelorette or the wedding for one day ? May be there needs some serious compromise

Wrong! They know each other through Twitter. The one thing about both the Bachelor/ette shows its a big social group and Jesse is part of it. He also hosts reunion parties. Where do you think Vienna met Wes prior to their alleged hook up when he was dating Gia?

The one’s that twitter, or the many, many people that host reunions doesn’t automatically mean they divulge their personal business to Jesse or all are friends with each other. Very obvious that Ali & Roberto were in no way in Jesse’s circle, and they weren’t actively planning a wedding. Jesse didn’t go through the “process”, likes people to believe it though.

Takes guts to speak/write the truth…Love is fragile & the ABC producers are messing with real feelings for their profit = wrong!

Jesse has never even met the couple. How would he know what caused them to break up after a year and a half? His relationship only lasted a few months so that may have been his issue but I doubt ‘producers’ were hounding Ali and Roberto for 18+ months about a wedding. They found they weren’t compatible and decided to end it.

How do you know he doesn’t know them, Liza? Seems like you have your opinions on why they broke up, why wouldn’t he (since he went through the whole process).

How do we know Jesse never met the couple? It seems like they all know each other..follow them on twitter…they very well may know each other. At any rate..I think he’s so right.

I never liked Jesse but for someone who has been on the show he has more insight than most viewers. Jesse also hosts Bachelor type parties for the shows alums and hosts a video Blog called among the Bachelor Beatdown where he skewers, scathingly critiques all 3 franchises. All that said he is right in that the pressure from the network, the producers and the fans for a TV wedding may make the winning couples think twice. I just hope the surviving single Ashley and JP do not give in to that kind of pressure and just make their plans their own!
